PRICING
Prices on our website are displayed in AUD and include GST. All prices are subject to change without notice and are only guaranteed at the time of order placement. Full payment must be received before shipment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders resulting from pricing errors or discrepancies. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and may vary based on delivery location and order size. Free shipping offers apply only to standard delivery within specified areas; oversized or heavy items may incur additional charges, which will be communicated before processing the order.
STOCK AVAILABILITY
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after purchase, ESPixels reserves the right to cancel the order or place it on backorder, subject to stock availability. In cases where we cannot fulfill an order, a full refund will be issued. We are not responsible for delays or inconvenience caused by stock shortages beyond our control.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept the following payment methods for online orders:

All online orders are subject to our verification process to protect the credit cardholder. You may be required to provide proof of ID and address to confirm your identity. We reserve the right to refuse an order if verification cannot be completed. Payment must be made in full before your order is dispatched. Payment is accepted via our secure online payment gateway. Once your payment has been confirmed, we will process and dispatch your order.
ORDER DISPATCH AND DELIVERY
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of receipt. Most deliveries are made via Australia Post or courier services. Express options are available for small items upon request. Heavy or large items are shipped via road freight, with additional charges confirmed beforehand. Delivery requires an authorized signatory; re-delivery charges may apply after failed attempts. Please inspect goods immediately upon receipt. Contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] if products arrive damaged, defective, or “dead on arrival.”
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Products must be inspected within 3 days of receipt. We do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect purchases. Returns for faulty items are accepted within 7 days with proof of purchase. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to change-of-mind returns, but please note that we do not accept change of mind returns at all, so this may not apply in your case. Shipping costs for returns are at the customer’s expense. Items with damaged seals or packaging cannot be returned unless faulty. We will only replace or refund defective products under warranty, as specified below.
WARRANTY
All products are covered by a limited 12-month manufacturer warranty under Australian Consumer Law, except for consumables (e.g., batteries, flash tubes, bulbs) which have a 3-month warranty. Warranty excludes damage caused by misuse, accident, environment, electrical surges, or water damage. Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded within the warranty period upon presentation of proof of purchase. Warranty claims must be made in writing, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Repairs or replacements are provided at the manufacturer’s discretion.
